It is made from grape varieties: 90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha.

Harvest

Done by hand monitoring the ripening process and grape selection at the reception.

Winemaking

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 25-27 degrees C for 10 days. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Note

Cherry colour.Aroma of red fruit with flowery impression.Soft and long mouthfeel.

Food pairing

It’s perfect for cold meat, white meats, poultry, pasta and cheeses of medium duration.
