Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 24-28 ° C for 20 days of maceration. Ageing in French and American oak for 21 months and 18 months of ageing in bottle.
Intense ruby colour.
Complex aroma with notes of ripe red fruit and soft vanilla. Long and tasty finish.
Serving temperature: 15-18 º C
